Retail Management is a field in management that deals with direct selling of goods and services to individual as well as group consumers. Opening up of FDI for foreign retailers have created a promising situation for the entry level aspirants. Even in the domestic market also retail revolution is still at a nascent stage. Retailing involves a direct interaction with the customer and coordinating the business activities from designing of a product to its delivery and post-delivery service.
